Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A battery power breaking device of a vehicle is provided to simply break and connect power source without separating and connecting a terminal from and to a terminal of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A battery power breaking device of a vehicle includes a battery(1) and a power breaking device(10) connected to a cable(4) connected to cathode or anode terminals(3) by a terminal. The power breaking device(10) includes a fixed terminal(11) disposed at one side of the cable and a cylindrical insulated movable body(13) having a movable terminal(12) disposed at the other side of the cable. The fixed terminal is located in the inside lower portion of a cylindrical case(15) and the movable terminal with the movable body is located in the inside upper portion of the cylindrical case. The case has a cam hole(16) formed at the wall surface, and an end of a lever(14) is connected integrally with the movable body through the cam hole.
