Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A liquid crystal optical orientation film using brands of a polyimide and a polyvinylcynamate and fabricating method thereof is provided to stably maintain a liquid crystal orientation induced by an optical reaction of the polyvinylcynamate at a high temperature by adding a polyimide system polymer to the polyvinylcynamate system polymer for indicating an excellent thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: One or more polyvinylcynamates are mixed as 1:9 to 9:1 weight rate, and the mixed polyvinylcynamate is resolved into an organic solvent such as a 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP), a dimethylsulfokcide, or a demethylacetate. A spin coating is performed in an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) glass plate. The ITO glass plate is heated at a temperature with 100 to 300 deg. C, and an imide reaction of a polyamic oxide is induced to obtain a brand film of a polyimide and the polyvinylcynamate. A UV of a polarization is radiated in the brand film of the polyimide and the polyvinylcynamate, and a structural anisotropy in the brand film to fabricate a brand liquid crystal orientation film. |
