Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A rotative velocity estimating method and magnetic flux of induction motor is provided to ensure stable estimation even in low velocity area by carrying out estimation without integral calculation and complicated variations. CONSTITUTION: First, an induction motor model is set which is expressed in a dynamic equation composed of some variations and particular constants of the induction motor. A main estimator(4) and a second sub estimator(6) are prepared to converge in motor area and power generation area. A first sub estimator(5) is prepared to converge in motor area and break area. One estimator is selected from the main estimator(4), the first sub estimator(5) and the second sub estimator(6). The selected estimator is used to estimate rotative velocity of the induction motor and magnetic flux of the rotor.
