PURPOSE: A fluorine resin coated material having excellent wear resistance, frost resistance, abrasion resistance, and blister resistance is provided which can form a film excellent in various characteristics. CONSTITUTION: In a fluorine resin coated material coated on a substrate with a fluorine resin layer of one or two or more layers, the most outside layer is a PFA (tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer) layer having a thickness of 10 to 90 micrometer comprising the PFA containing tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer having a melt flow rate (ASTM D3307) of 0.2 to 10 g/10min in a ratio of 20 to 100% by weight based on the total amount of the PFA. The PFA layer is formed using a fluorine resin paint of which PFA particles having an average particle diameter of 5 to 40 micrometer and 5 to 40 micrometer respectively are dispersed in a liquid medium in a weight ratio of 20 : 80 to 80 : 20. 본 발명은, 내마모성, 내상성, 내식성, 내블리스터성 등에 뛰어난 불소수지피복물과 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한것이며, 그 해결수단으로서, 기재위에 1층 또는 2층이상의 불소수지층이 피복된 불소수지피복물에 있어서, 그 최외층이, ASTM-D-3307에 규정되는 멜트플로레이트가 0.2∼10g/10분의 테트라플루오로에틸렌/퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르공중합체(PFA)를 PFA전체량속에 20∼100중량%의 비율로 함유하는 PFA로 이루어진 두께 10∼90㎛의 PFA층인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소수지피목물 및 그 제조방법.
