Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A composition for a conductive roller and a conductive filter plate is provided which obtains good dehydration efficiency with small power. CONSTITUTION: A composition which is formed as a sheet and is adhered to a stainless roller or a filter plate to form a conductive roller or a conductive filter plate comprises: (i) 100 grams of polyvinyl chloride having low molecular weight; (ii) 50 grams of dioctyl phthalate; (iii) 10 grams of dibutyl phthalate; (iv) 5 grams of ESO; (v) 3 grams of Ba/Zn stabilizer; (vi) 80 grams of conductive filler; and (vii) 3 grams of azodicarbonamid.
