BASE STATION OF SWITCHABLE DUAL PATH RECEIVER

PURPOSE: A base station of switchable dual path receiver is provided to decrease the number of antenna in radio telecommunication base station. CONSTITUTION: A base station of switchable dual path receiver is comprised of a first base station and a second base station which serve the same area and have each frequency. A first base station includes the following parts; a transmitting and receiving antenna, a duplexer connected with the antenna, a transmitter which transmits signal to the antenna through the duplexer, a main receiver which divides the received signal from the antenna to two signals and transmits one of those signals to a second base station, an assistant receiver which receives the signals from a second base station through external port. A second base station includes the following parts; a transmitting and receiving antenna, a duplexer connected with the antenna, a transmitter which transmits signal through the duplexer, a main receiver which divides the received signal from the antenna to two signals and transmits one of those signals to a first base station, an assistant receiver which receives the signals from the main receiver in a first base station through external port.
