INTERNET PROTOCOL PHONE SHARING ADDRESS WITH PERSONAL COMPUTER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An Internet protocol phone sharing address with personal computers is provided to minimize allocating hub ports and cables of a local area network by having built-in device, which shares address with a personal computer CONSTITUTION: An internet protocol phone(100 to 10n) sharing address with PC(Personal Computer)(20 to 2n) comprises the parts of: a network connector(110) that is connected physically for sending and receiving data; a sharing part(120) that senses connecting with PC(20), generates control signal that controls the network connector(110) to connect LAN(Local Area Network) with PC(20 to 2n); a LCD(130) that displays present operating state; a key pad(140) that consists of kinds of buttons having numerical and special function; a handset(150) that sends and receives voices of users; a CODEC(160) that processes coding and decoding voice data of the handset; and a control part(170) that controls process of a dependant mode and an independent mode after it receives sensing signal of the sharing part(120).
