Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Stereoselective methods for preparing pure d,l-hexamethyl propyleneamine oxime named as(3R,9R) or (3S,9S)-4,8-diaza-3,6,6,9-tetramethylundecane-2,10-dion bisoxime derivative without contamination of other meso isomer are provided. CONSTITUTION: A compound of the following formula 15 having optical activity is prepared by reacting the compound of the following formula 14 with appropriate solvent and appropriate deprotecting agent, where R is selected from the group consisting of linear or branched low alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms, the ring represented by -(CH2)n- or the ring represented by -(CH2)a-X-(CH2)b-, where X is selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, and n, a and are independently 1-10; R1 is linear or branched low alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms; R2 is selected from the group consisting of linear or branched low alkyl, low alkene or low alkyne having 1-10 carbon atoms; R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, linear or branched low alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms and benzyl; and P is an acyl halide derivative which is able to form amide group by binding with secondary amine.
