NOISE CHECK APPARATUS FOR AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A noise check apparatus for automotive vehicle is provided to achieve improvements enabling rapid and correct noise checking while outputting a graphical representation for a noise level according to the mileage of the automotive vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A noise check apparatus for checking a noise generated from an automotive vehicle passing through a predetermined test ground, the apparatus comprising a sound level meter(50) for outputting the noise level inputted from a microphone installed at a predetermined site of the test ground into an electric signal, an automotive vehicle data output unit for outputting data for a velocity of rotation of engine of the subject vehicle and data as to whether the vehicle has entered into the test ground, and a noise analysis unit(200) for calculating travelling distance of the vehicle according to an electric signal output from the sound level meter(50) and the velocity of rotation of engine and the data as to whether the vehicle has entered into the test ground and outputting a noise level corresponding to the calculated travelling distance in graphical representation.
