INTERMEDIATE USEFUL TO SYNTHESIS OF CEPHTIOPHER AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CEPHTIOPHER USING INTERMEDIATE

PURPOSE: An intermediate, cephem derivative represented by formula(3), useful to synthesis of cephtiopher and a method for preparing cephtiopher salt from the cephem derivative are provided. Cephtiopher salt of high purity can be produced with high yield using the method. CONSTITUTION: A cephem derivative is represented by formula(3), wherein R2 is tertiary alkylamine. The preparation method of cephem derivative comprises the step of acylating reactive thiophosphate derivative of thiazole acetate with 7-Amino Cephalosporanic Acid(7-ACA) in the presence of solvent and base. The produced cephem derivative is used to synthesis of cephtiopher salt by reacting with sodium salt and hydrogen halide in the presence of solvent.
