METHOD FOR DISTILLING MIXTURE OF SUBSTANCES AND DEVICE FOR REALIZING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for distilling of mixtures of substances in the liquid or liquefied state, for example in the alcohol industry is provided for purifying alcohol from admixtures, for preparation of purified liquids in microbiology, medicine, agriculture, in processing liquid wastes and effluent, and also in petrochemisrry, etc. CONSTITUTION: A method of distilling a mixture of substances, comprises feeding the mixture into a distillation column equipped with contact devices for the interaction of liquid and vapor, removal of vapors from the top of the column, boiling the bottoms, and returning the vapor formed to the bottom of the column, removal of part of the vapors leaving the contact devices with the subsequent return to the column characterized by the fact that part of the vapor removed from one of the contact devices is returned into the stream of vapor or into the stream of liquid to at least one of the contact devices upstream from the direction of its movement and/or part of the vapor is returned into the stream of liquid below its level to the same contact device to a place upstream from its removal relative to the direction in which the vapor moves, the vapor being returned without completely condensing.
