Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A separating method of glycosylated proteins and non-glycosylated proteins is provided, bywhich human albumins that are revealed in yeast cell not comprising glycoside binding can be manufactured. CONSTITUTION: A separating process of glycosylated proteins and non-glycosylated proteins comprises steps of: treating triazine dye fixed on matrix at constant temperature with a mixture of glycosylated proteins and non-glycosylated proteins; washing the matrix to eliminate non-bound proteins; and dissolving proteins out by selected conditions to dissolve each bound proteins out like as increasing ionic strength or pH gradually or continuously, or making glycosylated proteins and non-glycosylated proteins to pass through the non-bound matrix; so finding the partial or complete separating process of glycosylated proteins and non-glycosylated proteins that are collected separately from gained dissolved fraction. |
