Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A crawler track shoe is provided to improve impact resistance and abrasion resistance for resisting the load of a heavy transferred material. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is formed by a body(10) and a grouser(12). Herein, the substrate is produced by forging or rolling a carbon steel or an alloy steel. Then, a tip(16) is attached to an end unit(14) of the grouser by using a combining instrument. The tip is produced by a different material such as a rearing welding material. Herein, the tip is installed for covering the entire surface of the end unit of the grouser along the lengthwise, or the tip is installed on the end unit of the grouser with a gap. Moreover, the tip is installed by being inserted to a groove on the end unit of the grouser, or the tip is directly installed on the surface of the end unit in the grouser. Herein, the tip is installed in a welding method or in a brazing method.
본 발명은 크롤러용 고강도 내마모 트랙슈에 관한 것으로, 몸체(10)와 하부에 형성되어 지면에 접촉하는 그라우서(12)로 이루어진 크롤러용 트랙슈에 있어서, 초경 또는 크롬카바이드의 경질입자분말을 용접이나 브레이징 방법에 의해 상기 그라우서의 단부(14)에 팁(16)을 형성하므로써, 트랙슈의 내충격성을 그대로 유지한 채 지면과 접촉되는 부위의 내마모특성만을 향상시켜 트랙슈의 내구성을 향상시키게 된 것이다. |
