INVERTER FOR CONTROLLER OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An inverter for controller of the electric vehicle is provided to decrease the noise generation with a simple circuit. CONSTITUTION: An inverter(12) comprises 6 IGCT(Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor) switching devices(12a-12c') converting DC power to 3 phase AC one, and a clamping circuit(12d) decreasing the rising ratio(di/dt) of current to protect the IGCT switching device. Each pair of the IGCT switching devices uses the clamping circuit in common. The 3 phase of AC power is provided after converting the DC power provided to each pair of IGCT switching devices through the clamping circuit. 본 발명은 전기차 제어장치의 주변환기를 구성하는 인버터에 관한 것으로, IGCT 및 프리-휠링 다이오드로 구성되어 DC 전원을 3상(U,V,W)의 AC 전원으로 변환하는 6개의 IGCT 스위칭소자(12a,12a',12b,12b',12c,12c') 및, 스위칭시 전류의 상승률(di/dt)을 억제하면서 IGCT 스위칭소자(12a,12a',12b,12b',12c,12c')를 보호하는 1개의 클램핑수단(12d)으로 이루어져서, 3상(U,V,W) AC 전원출력라인의 각 IGCT 스위칭소자쌍들(12a,12a' ; 12b,12b' ; 12c,12c')이 클램핑수단(12d)을 공용하도록 된 구조로 되어, 회로 구조가 단순화되고, 소음발생이 억제되도록 된 것이다.
