DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRESUMING ERROR FRAME OF AUDIO

PURPOSE: A device and a method for presuming an error frame of an AC3(audio compression-3)/MPEG(motion/moving picture export group) audio are provided to play natural sound by presuming a frame generated an error during maintaining a changed continuity of a pitch period and a spectral envelope. CONSTITUTION: An existence of error in an inputted bit stream is checked after initializing a parameter. A pitch period, a changed ratio of pitch period, a spectral envelope and a changed ratio of spectral envelope are presumed until a frame generated an error is shown when the error is not existed in the bit stream. Otherwise, a present signal of frame is presumed by presuming the pitch period and the spectral envelope of present frame with using the pitch period, the changed ratio of pitch period, the spectral envelope and the changed ratio of spectral envelope.
