PISTON FOR COMPRESSOR AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A piston for a compressor and a producing method thereof are provided to evenly maintain the thickness of a spraying layer by differentiating external diameters at the both end units of a body part and an extended part in the piston. CONSTITUTION: External diameters at both end parts(21a,21b) of a body unit(31) are formed for being smaller than an extended unit(33). Then, a piston(30) is cleaned to form a coating layer on the exterior of the piston. And, the coating layer on the piston is heated at a high temperature for grinding the external surface of the piston. Herein, the external diameters at the both end parts of the body unit are smaller than the external diameter of the extended unit for evenly grinding the coating layer. Therefore, the eccentric abrasion of the coating layer while operating a compressor is prevented.
