METHOD FOR FABRICATING FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a field emission display device is provided to form a phosphor or a black matrix without misalignment. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a field emission display(FED) device includes the steps of: forming a hole by etching a fixed part of a top substrate(20) into a fixed depth; forming an anode electrode(21) on the surface of the top substrate or on the surface of the hole; depositing a phosphor(22) on the anode electrode in the hole; and forming a black matrix(23) on a top of the anode electrode on the surface of the top substrate.
