Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A phase correction circuit is provided to make a phase detection control part access rapidly by a unit of 45 degree when nearing a phase of an actual external clock, and access finely with regard to a phase difference below 45 degree. CONSTITUTION: A phase correction circuit comprises a phase detection control which consists of a 3-bit counter(402), a decoder(404), a control signal generator(406) and a phase detection control signal generator(408). The 3-bit counter(402) is enabled by a control signal(CTRL5), and performs a count operation in response to a feedback clock signal(CLK-FB). The counter(402) generates first to third count values(C1-C3). The decoder(404) decodes the second and third count values(C2,C3) to generate first to third select signals(SEL1-SEL3) and inverted versions of the select signals(/SEL1-/SEL3). The control signal generator(406) receives a phase detection signal(PD) and the first and third count values(C1,C3) to generate first to third control signals(CTRL3-CTRL5). The phase detection control signal generator(408) outputs one of the feedback clock signal(CLK-FB) and first to fourth reference clocks(K0-K3) from a reference clock generating circuit, as a phase detection control signal(FC). |
