Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Cosmetics composition containing fermentation broth of lactobacillus such as Bifidobacterium longum (KFCC 10870), Lactobacillus casei (KFCC 10813), Lactobacillus acidophilus (KCTC 3170) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ATCC 19987) is provided which has excellent effects of skin softening, whitening and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: Fermentation broth obtained from culturing of at least one microorganism from Bifidobacterium longum (KFCC 10870), Lactobacillus casei (KFCC 10813), Lactobacillus acidophilus (KCTC 3170) and Streptococcus thermophilus (ATCC 19987) is added in cosmetics. Bifidobacterium longum (KFCC 10870) isolated from intestine of Korean produces lactic acid and vitamine B. Lactobacillus casei (KFCC 10813) is used for the production of dairy products and Lactobacillus acidophilus (KCTC 3170) has an excellent ability of inhibiting growth of other microorganisms. Streptococcus thermophilus (ATCC 19987) has a very good ability of producing lactic acid. At least one of lactobacillus is inoculated in the culture medium which comprises skim milk or whey and cultured at 36-37°C and pH 7.0-7.4. After the culture broth is centrifuged to remove cell mass and high molecular weight precipitate. The amount of culture broth is 0.0001-30 weight % of cosmetics. |
