COSMETIC AND/OR DERMATOLOGIC POWDER LOTION AND USAGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cosmetic and/or dermatologic lotion containing water phase and powder phase is provided, which prevents sticking of powder phase, gives softness during applying to skin, mucous membrane, and/or head skin, and can be used in skin, mucous membrane, and/or head skin care, cleansing, removing make-up and/or coloring. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic and/or dermatologic lotion comprises of: 0.01-10wt.% of the powder phase containing more than one of active powder 0.005-9.5wt.%, and 0.005-9.5wt.% of powdered polyporous particle that consists of acryl or methacryl polymer or copolymer(e.g., Covabeads LH 85); and the water phase 90-99.99wt.% based on the total weight of lotion. The active powder is selected from kaolin, zinc dioxide, polyethylene powder, polyamide powder, Nylon powder(Orgasol), plant powder(henna or sandalwood powder), titan dioxide and nano-titan, ferric oxide and nano-ferrous, starch, or anhydrous silicate powder.
