Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A TV for individually receiving image and audio signals from a BS tuner for separating and demodulating the image and sound signals of a satellite broadcasting signal, and processing and outputting the signals through a monitor and a speaker, respectively, is provided. CONSTITUTION: A TV having a matching function of image and audio signals comprises an image /audio signal processor(21) for individually receiving the image and audio signals from a BS tuner(20), and outputting the image and audio signals before processing so as to compensate for their time difference; an image/audio signal comparator(22) connected to the image/audio signal processor(21) for receiving the image and audio signals and calculating their time difference; and a microcomputer(23) connected to the image/audio signal comparator(22) for receiving the calculation result, judging whether it is over a predetermined time, and outputting a control signal for compensating for the time difference between the image and audio signals to the image/audio signal processor(21) when the time difference is over the predetermined time, so that the image/audio signal processor(21) can output the image and audio signals whose time difference is compensated for. As a result, in receiving a satellite broadcast, the image and audio signals respectively inputted through a TV image input terminal and a TV audio input terminal have an identical timing.
