OUTPUT SIGNAL CORRECTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: An output signal correction device is provided for reducing a signal error part outputted from a circuit block, which is installed the output signal correction device to be electrically connected to an inputting part and an outputting part of the circuit block formed on the output circuit plate. CONSTITUTION: An output signal correction device has an input stage of the circuit block for inputting a signal electrically connected to an inputting part and an output tion part of a circuit block. A signal synchronous coincidence part coincides synchronization of output signal from outputting circuit block. A storage part of the input signal temporarily stores the input signal transmitted from the input stage of circuit block for the time to output the input signal from a starting point of the input to the circuit block, which is electrically connected to the inputting part of the circuit block and the signal synchronous coincidence. An error correction part corrects the error generating part of the output signal for matching with the input signal when generating the output signal error after comparing the output signal from the signal synchronous coincidence and the level of the transmitted input signal. 인쇄회로기판의 회로블록의 입력단과 출력단에 신호 동기 일치부, 입력신호 저장부, 입출력신호 비교부 및 에러 정정부로 구성된 출력신호 보정 장치를 구성하여 회로블록에 입력되기 전의 입력신호와 회로블럭을 통과한 출력신호의 값이 동일하도록 출력신호의 왜곡을 보상함으로써, 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
