PHENYL-SUBSTITUTED CYCLIC KETOENOL AND PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A phenyl-substituted cyclic ketoenol, many preparation methods and it's use for agricultural chemical and herbicide are provided.
