DEVICE FOR RAISING OR ACCOMMODATING SMALL ANIMALS

PURPOSE: A device for raising or accommodating small animals is provided, which is excellent in chemical resistance and anti-aging properties. CONSTITUTION: The invention concerns the use of thermoplastic molding materials which are different from ABS and which, in relation to the sum of the quantities of components A and B and optionally C and/or D resulting in a total of 100 wt%, contain a) 1-99 wt%, preferably 15-60 wt%, in particular 25-50 wt% of a particulate emulsion polymer with a glass transition temperature of less than 0°C and a mean particle size of 50-1000 NM, preferably 50-500 NM as component A, b) 1-99 wt%, preferably 40-85 wt%, in particular 50-75 wt% of at least one amorphous or semi-crystalline polymer as component B, c) 0-50 wt% polycarbonates as component C and d) 0-50 wt% of fibre or particle-shaped filling materials or their mixtures as component D, for producing devices for raising or accommodating small animals.
