Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Aqueous self-curing copolymer dispersions, preparation method thereof and their use as a binder for coatings are provided which can produce a binder having a bench time sufficient to produce paints possessing good physical properties with a simple manner. CONSTITUTION: Aqueous self-curing copolymer dispersions(ABC) are manufactured by copolymerizing a first monomer mixture(A) containing an olefin unsaturated monomer(A1) having a carbonyl group, unsaturated carboxyl acid or unsaturated dicarboxyl acid monoester(A2), a monomer(A3) selected from a vinyl aromatic compound, n-butyl methacrylate and alkylester of unsaturated carboxyl acid or dialkylester of unsaturated dicarboxyl ester, an ester(A4) selected from alkylester of unsaturated carboxyl acid or dialkylester of unsaturated dicarboxyl acid and other monomers(A5) polymerized by free radicals using a free radical initiator in a first polymerization process, copolymerizing additionally adding a second monomer mixture(B) containing an olefin unsaturated monomer(B1) corresponding to the monomer(A3), an ester(B2) corresponding to the ester(A4) and a monomer(B3) corresponding to the monomers(A5) and adding a compound(C) having a hydrazine or hydrazide group in a second polymerization process. Also provided is a use thereof as a binder for storage stable one-component paint cross-likable at ordinary temperatures or elevated temperatures. |
