Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A multilayer laminated electric tapes formed by laminating a plurality of single plastic films are provided which possess excellent voltage-resistance, reduce the time required for winding with an insulation tape and an amount of sizing, and improve various points at issue generated from the ununiform thickness of backplane of a single layer. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a multilayer laminated electric tapes comprises(a)forming a coating on both faces comprising a plurality of single films having different or the same material, thickness and shape by using an adhesive; (b)bonding and laminating the films at pressure of 10-25 kg/cm¬2 at a speed of 100 m/min by a laminating roll; (c)drying for obtaining a multilayer backplane at 100-130°C for 5-10 min; (d)sizing the backplane to a primer coating and an upper coating; and (e)drying for obtaining the electric tape at 100-130°C for 5-10 min. The electric tape has an insulation characteristic of above 1,500 V/mil and a tensile strength of 25,000 psi.
