Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Taxane derivatives are provided which have specific substituent group at 3`- and/or 10- position so that they show extremely high solubility and anti tumor activation in comparison with taxol. CONSTITUTION: The taxane derivatives and medicines including these are identifies as a general formula (1) wherein X or Y is at least -CO-A-B group in which A is alkylenecarbonyl group or so on as single bond, B is substituted or unsubstituted piperidino group or like, the residual is tert-butoxycarbonyl group or so on and Z is hydrogen or trialkylsilyl group.
