SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION SERVICES OF A VMS/IVR IN REAL TIME AND A METHOD FOR PROVIDING REAL TIME SERVICE BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system is provided to obtain information rapidly by providing the information in real time according to a selection of a user after inputting the information in a voice compression/synthesis in real time. CONSTITUTION: A reception/transmission part(11) receives and transmits information according to an input of a user of a terminal(12). A voice compression/synthesis part(16) compresses and synthesizes the information of the reception/transmission part(11) and provides information according to a request of the user. A data base(17) stores the compressed/synthesized information in the voice compression/synthesis part(16). A data generation part(18) provides information to the voice compression/synthesis part(16) in real time. VMS/IVR 시스템에서의 실시간 정보 서비스 제공에 관한 것으로 특히, 기존의 VMS/IVR 시스템을 이용하여 실시간으로 정보를 제공하기에 적당한 VMS/IVR의 실시간 서비스 제공 시스템 및 그를 이용한 실시간 서비스 제공 방법에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 VMS/IVR의 실시간 서비스 제공 시스템은 단말기 사용자의 입력에 따른 정보의 송수신을 담당하는 송수신부, 상기 송수신부의 정보를 압축, 합성하거나, 사용자의 요구사항에 따른 정보를 제공하는 음성 압축 및 합성부, 상기 음성 압축 및 합성부에서 압축, 합성된 정보를 저장하는 데이터 베이스, 그리고 상기 음성 압축 및 합성부로 실시간 정보를 제공하는 데이터 발생부를 포함한다. 그리고, 상기한 바와 같은 VMS/IVR의 실시간 서비스 제공 방법은 유무선 단말기 사용자의 입력에 따른 송수신 및 요구사항을 송수신부에서 송수신하고, 변환 및 선택부를 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 변환 및 선택하여 음성 압축 및 합성부로 송신하는 단계, 데이터 발생부에서 실시간 정보를 상기 음성 압축 및 합성부로 송신하는 단계, 그리고 상기 데이터 발생부에서 송신된 신호를 상기 음성 압축 및 합성부가 상기 송수신부로 실시간 송신하는 단계를 포함한다.
