Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An internal implantable left ventricular assist device allows an internal blood sac to have active deflection by an external mechanical force and thereby simplify blood communication. CONSTITUTION: The left ventricular assist device comprises: a blood sac(1), a propellant plate (3) for stroking the blood sac(1), a driving unit for the propellant plate(3), and upper and lower casings(8)(9). The driving unit comprises a motor, an electric motor unit for converting the rotational motion of the motor to a linear motion, and a housing(14). The electric motor unit comprises: a motor axis(16) provided with a spur gear at the one end thereof; three planetary gears(12) geared with the spur gear provided at the one end of the motor axis(16); a planetary gear cage(17) provided with a hole(18) at an angle of 120 degrees and a central hole(19); an inner gear(5) having gear teeth in the inner circumference thereof being in contact with the planetary gears(12), the inner gear(5) being fixed to the inner surface of the housing; a spur gear(4) fixed in the central hole(19) of the planetary gear cage(17); a rotating axis(22) having the one end thereof to which a large spur gear(20) geared with the spur gear(4) is fixed; disc plates(21)(23) fixed to the outer side of the large spur gear(20) and the other end of the rotating axis(22); and a link(13) eccentrically provided on the outer side of the large spur gear(20).
