Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet is provided to improve a magnetic characteristic of C type permanent magnet by heat plastic manufacturing into one stroke pressure process. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet performing heat plastic manufacturing into one stroke process by putting a tube molding unit(10) filled with a rare-earth magnetic powder(12) made with rare-earth compound metal containing one more rare-earth elements or one more transition metals, boron to a metallic molding device(20) having a punch formed with a curved surface comprises the step of: forming a curvature of the tube molding unit surface contacted to a concave surface of the punch formed with the curved surface of a wider fan shape than a curvature of the punch surface. 본 발명은 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 영구자석 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 원 스트로크 가압공정으로 열간소성가공을하여 C형 영구자석을 제조하는 과정에서 오목한 펀치면을 갖는 펀지에 접하는 튜브 성형체 곡면부가 볼록한 펀치면과 접촉되는 튜브 성형체 곡면부보다 넓은 부채꼴 형상으로 형성되어 압축가공시 튜브의 감싸는 정도를 균일하게하여 전체적으로 자기적 특성을 우수하게 할 수 있다.
