DRUM WASHING MACHINE HAVING WATER TANK FOR PREHEATING

PURPOSE: A drum washing machine having a water tank for preheating is provided to reduce the whole weight of a washing machine, and to reduce the whole washing time by reducing the dehydrating time. CONSTITUTION: The drum washing machine(1) comprises: a washing tub(7) arranged toward width; a sub-water tank(51) installed in the upper part of a tank(5) installed to surround the outer circumference of the washing tub(7); a sub-water supply pipe(53) combined with a water supply resource in the sub-water tank(51); an overflow pipe(55) combined with the upper part of the sub-water tank(51); a drainage pipe(57) combined with the tank(5); a sub-heating heater(59) to preheat water supplied to the sub-water tank(51). The dehydrating efficiency is improved to be able to use the water of high temperature at dehydrating by storing the water for dehydrating in the sub-water tank(51), and by preheating by the sub-heating heater(59), and the vibrating effect of the washing machine is prevented by preventing the vibration of the tank(5) using the weight of the dehydrating the re-supplied water at a dehydration at the same time. 본 발명은 세탁조(7)가 횡으로 배열 설치되어 있는 드럼 세탁기(1)에 있어서, 상기 세탁조(7)의 외주를 둘러싸도록 설치된 저수조(5)의 상단에 보조 물탱크(51)가 장착되어 있으며, 상기 보조 물탱크(51)에는 급수원과 연결된 보조 급수파이프(53), 상단에 연결된 오버 플로우 파이프(55), 상기 저수조(5)에 연결된 배수 파이프(57) 및 상기 보조 물탱크(51)에 공급된 물을 예열하는 보조 가열히터(59)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 세탁기에 관한 것으로, 보조 물탱크(51)에 헹굼용 물에 저장하여 보조 가열히터(59)에 의해 예열시킴으로써 헹굼시 고온의 물을 사용할 수 있게 되어 헹굼 효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 탈수시 재급수된 헹굼수의 중량을 이용해 저수조(5)의 진동을 억제하여 세탁기의 떨림 현상을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
