Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, for preparing distilled water by recycling waste-heat even with very small quantity of power. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises:a compressor (101) which compresses gaseous cooling fluids to high pressure and high temperature; a heating tank (103) which temporally stores and heats an unpurified water (102) to generate gaseous steam; a heater (104) for heating water inside of the heating tank (103; the first condenser (105) which exchanges the heat of the cooling fluids of high pressure and high temperature injected from the compressor (101) and the heat of the water inside of the heating tank (103) to heat the water inside of the heating tank (103) and to freeze the cooling fluids; the second condenser (106) which exchanges the heat of the unpurified water (102) and the heat of the hot cooling fluids from the first condenser (105), thereby preheats the unpurified water (102) by using waste-heat of the cooling fluids and cools the cooling fluids to liquid; a capillary tube (107) for the reduction of pressure of the liquid cooling fluids frozen in the first condenser (105) and the second condenser (106); a heat exchanger (108) which exchanges the heat of the steam form the heating tank (101) and the heat of the cold gaseous cooling fluids from an evaporator (110), thereby supplies the cooling fluids after increasing the temperature of the cooling fluids about to the compression temperature of the compressor (101) and produces distilled water by lowering the steam; a distilled water storage house (109) where the distilled water is collected; an evaporator (110) which exchanges the heat of the cooling fluids from the capillary tube (107) and the heat of the distilled water of the distilled water storage house (109), thereby lowers the temperature of the distilled water and supplies the cooling fluids to the heat exchanger (108) after evaporating it; and a power supply and a controller (111).
본 발명은 폐열 재생형 증류수 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 증류수 제조시 사용되는 폐열을 회수, 재활용하여 극히 적은 전력으로 양질의 증류수를 제조하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 가열방식의 증류수 제조장치에 있어서, 기체 상태의 냉매를 고온 고압으로 압축하는 압축기(101)와, 정수되지 않은 물(102)을 공급받아 일시 저장 및 가열하면서 기체 상태의 증기를 발생시키는 가열탱크(103)와, 상기 가열탱크(103) 내부의 물을 가열하기 위한 히터(104)와, 상기 가열탱크(103)와 밀접하게 형성되어 압축기(101)로부터 유입된 고온 고압의 냉매와 가열탱크(103) 내부의 물을 열교환시켜 가열탱크(103) 내부의 물을 가열함과 동시에 냉매를 응축시키는 제 1 응축기(105)와, 상기 가열탱크(103)로 향하는 정수되지 않은 물(102)의 유로 중간에 형성되어 정수되지 않은 물(102)과 제 1 응축기(105)에서 나온 뜨거운 냉매를 열교환시킴으로써 냉매의 폐열을 이용하여 정수되지 않은 물(102)을 예비 가열함과 동시에 |
