CONSTITUTION: A remote controlling transmitting device for controlling comprises: an integrated circuit(100) for managing the data inputted; plural key pads(101) which is data signal generating device; a battery for supplying the power to the integrated circuit(100); an oscillating circuit(105) for oscillating by right-returning some of the output of an amplifying circuit, connected to the integrated circuit(100); a transistor(104) for amplifying the data output of the integrated circuit(100); an infrared rays emitting diode(106) for transmitting by converting the signal processing state into the infrared rays.
