Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a method for isolating and recovering efficiently a baccatin taxal and other taxane derivatives which exist in a fermented culture broth of Taxux genus plant cell. CONSTITUTION: A method is to isolate a baccatin taxal and taxane derivatives from the culture broth, preferably culture lysat, of Taxux genus plant cell. The culture broth or lysat is centrifuged to precipitate easily after adding salt thereto. The baccatin taxal and taxane derivatives are quantified using HPLC. 본 발명은 식물세포 배양액에 염을 첨가하고, 식물세포 배양액으로부터 팩리택셀 또는 기타 택센 유도체를 분리하는 것으로 이루어지는, 식물세포 배양액에 존재하는 팩리택셀 또는 기타 택센 유도체를 효과적으로 분리, 회수하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해, 간편한 방법으로 발효 배양액에 존재하는 팩리택셀 및 기타 택센 유도체를 효과적으로 분리, 회수할 수 있다.
