APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING OPTIC PICK-UP UNIT OF CD PLAYER

PURPOSE: A fixing jig used in an optical pick-up apparatus is provided to hold a pick-up base firmly and to simplify an operation which change hologram element attached to the pick-up base. CONSTITUTION: The fixing jig used in the optical pick-up apparatus comprises a base(10) forming a supporting block(12), a moving block(30) attached to the supporting block(12), a first fixing block(20) coupling to the supporting block(12), a first fixing shaft(60) formed to be inserted into a screw hole(84) of the pick-up base and to be fixed to the first fixing block(20), a second fixing block coupling to the moving block(30), a second fixing shaft(70) formed to be inserted into the screw hole(84) of the pick-up base and to be fixed to the second fixing block(20). The screw hole(84) of the pick-up base(82) of the optic pick-up apparatus(80) is fixed to the first fixing shaft(60) and a holder(86) of the pick-up base(82) is fixed to the second fixing shaft(70), thus the optic pick-up apparatus is fixed firmly to change the hologram element(88) coupled to the pick-up base(82) easily. 본 발명은 픽업 베이스를 안정되게 고정하여 픽업 베이스에 장착된 홀로그램 소자를 교체하는 작업을 용이하게 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 지지블럭(12)을 형성한 베이스(10)와, 지지블럭(12)에 설치한 유동블럭(30)과, 지지블럭(12)에 결합되는 제 1고정블럭(20)과, 픽업 베이스(82)의 스크류공(84)에 삽입되도록 형성되어 제 1고정블럭(20)에 고정되는 제 1고정축(60)과, 상기 유동블럭(30)에 결합되는 2고정블럭과, 상기 픽업 베이스(82)의 홀더(86)에 삽입되도록 형성되어 제 2고정블럭(40)에 결합되는 제 2고정축(70)으로 구성된 것으로서, 광픽업 장치(80)의 픽업 베이스(82)의 스크류공(84)을 제 1고정축(60)에 고정하고 픽업 베이스(82)의 홀더(86)를 제 2고정축(70)에 고정하면, 광픽업 장치(80)가 고정되므로 픽업 베이스(82)에 장착된 홀로그램 소자(88)를 안정되게 교체할 수 있다.
