CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display unit comprises a lower substrate, gate bus lines disposed to be parallel extended on the lower substrate, gate isolation layer overlapped on the lower substrate containing the gate bus line and data bus line formed on the gate isolation layer and disposed to overlap the gate bus lines to be parallel with the gate isolation layer. 본 발명은 개구율이 개선된 액정 표시 장치를 개시한다. 개시된 본 발명은, 액정 표시 장치는 하부 기판과, 상기 하부 기판 상에 다수개가 평행하게 연장,배치된 게이트 버스 라인과, 게이트 버스 라인이 형성된 하부 기판상에 덮혀지는 게이트 절연막, 및 게이트 절연막 상부에 형성되고, 상기 게이트 버스 라인과 오버랩되면서 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 평행하도록 배치되는 데이터 버스 라인을 포함한다.
