Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Novel oxazinylazole derivatives, which can be used as agricultural bactericides are prepared. CONSTITUTION: The oxazinylazole derivatives of the formula (I) exhibit a selectively superior bactericidal activity and can be used as agricultural bactericide for pathogen of wheat rust and barley powder mildew. Wherein; if X and Y are CH2, R1 is halogen, nitro or aryl group, R2 is imidazole or triazole, R3 and R4 are hydrogen; if X is oxygen and Y is CH2, R1 is halogen, R2 is imidazole or triazole, R3 and R4 are hydrogen. 본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 옥사지닐아졸 유도체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이제까지 살균제로 알려진바 없는 새로운 구조를 가지는 본 발명의 화합물은 식물에 병을 일으키는 병원곰팡이에 대하여 저약량으로 강력한 살균효과를 나타내고, 특히 밀녹병 및 보리흰가루병의 병원균에 대해 선택적으로 우수한 살균력을 보이며, 약해가 없어서 농업용 살균제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 상기식에서 X, Y, R, R, R및 R은 명세서에 정의한 바와 같다.
