Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A far infrared radiating porous heating plate for grilling and a preparation method thereof are provided, for reducing the amount of energy consumption, increasing the efficiency of radiation of far infrared and neutralizing a toxic gas such as sulfur dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared radiating porous heating plate is comprises a ceramic foam (3) and a transition metal coating layer (4). The ceramic foam is prepared by dipping (1) a flexible and open-cell structured sponge having a pore size of 5-50 ppi of polyurethane foam or polyvinyl foam into (2) slurry prepared by using ceramic powder comprising 5-30 percent by weight of alumina having a particle size less than 300 mesh, 1-10 percent by weight of bentonite, 1-20 percent by weight of kaolin, 5-20 percent by weight of zirconia, 30-70 percent by weight of sic having a particle size less than 300 mesh; and a binder selected from sodium silicate, phosphate carboxymethyl cellulose, colloidal silica and ethyl silicate; removing the residue slurry; drying the foam; and calcining the foam at a temperature of 1000-1500°C. A coating liquid is prepared by ball milling a mixture comprising 20-80 percent by weight of MnO2, 20-80 percent by weight of Fe2O3, 10-50 percent by weight of CoO, and 10-50 percent by weight of CuO; drying the mixture; and calcining the mixture at a temperature of 800-1200°C; grinding the mixture to obtain fine powder less than 300 mesh; and ball milling a mixture of Cordierite powder and the transition metal powder in a ratio 3-7:7-3 in water. |
