AUTOMATIC TABLET INPUT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for inserting tablets automatically is provided which gives reliable purification and labor saving. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises plural hoppers(10) like a pipe in shape, arranged erect at regular intervals on the same circumference of a circle, turning on a shaft(11) of the center of the circle; a rotating disk(20) perforated a connecting hole(21) with an area corresponding to the inner cross section of the hopper(10)(1), arranged all those plural hoppers; a motor(30) for transmitting power to the shaft(11) of the rotating disk(20) in which the shaft(11) is extended to the inner of a housing; a safety loading plate(40) located at a regular distance under the lower part of the connecting hole(21); a sensor(41) for sensing the presence of an object over the safety loading plate(40); a solenoid hammer(50) placed on one side of a space between the lower part of a fixed disk(20) and the safety loading plate(40); and a controlling device for regulating the operation of the motor(30) and the solenoid hammer(50). Any type of hopper such as cylindrical, hexagonal, tetragonal, square, rectangular, and octagonal may be used as long as tablets are piled up.
