본 발명은 내부에 포토레지스트 수용액이 수용되는 수용용기의 개구된 부분에 결합되어 내부를 밀폐함과 동시에 상기 포토레지스트 수용액을 외부로 배출시키는 커버장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 수용용기의 상단부에 결합되고 기 설정된 각도로 상향 경사를 가지며 돌출된 경사돌출유닛을 포함하며, 상기 수용공간 내외부가 연통되는 연통구가 형성되는 가이드모듈, 길게 배관 형태로 형성되어 길이방향에 따른 일측이 상기 연통구를 관통하며 상기 수용용기 내부에 배치되고, 타측이 외부로 노출되어 배출구가 형성되는 배출모듈 및 상기 배출모듈의 타측 일부가 관통한 상태로 상기 경사돌출유닛과 고정 결합되어 상기 배출모듈이 상기 가이드모듈을 향해 가압되도록 형성되는 고정모듈을 포함하며, 상기 고정모듈은 상기 경사돌출유닛의 돌출된 길이방향을 따라 결합위치가 조절되어 상기 배출모듈의 삽입깊이를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
