Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a core-shell negative-electrode active material and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a core-shell negative-electrode active material, which has a multilayer shell structure, thereby exhibiting excellent charge/discharge speed and charge capacity, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the core-shell negative-electrode active material includes: a core; and shells deposited in multiple layers on the core. The shells in multiple layers each are composed of a material selected from the group consisting of carbon (C), silicon (Si), silicon nitride (Si_xN_y), silicon carbide (Si_xC_y), silicon oxide (Si_xO_y), a compound doped with nitrogen, and a composite containing two or more thereof, wherein adjacent shells are of different materials.
본 발명은 코어-쉘 음극 활물질 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다층 쉘 구조를 가짐으로써 충/방전 속도, 충전 용량이 우수한 코어-쉘 음극 활물질 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코어-쉘 음극 활물질은 코어; 및 상기 코어 위에 다층으로 증착된 쉘;을 포함하며, 상기 다층의 쉘은 카본(C), 실리콘(Si), 실리콘질화물 (SixNy), 실리콘탄화물 (SixCy), 실리콘산화물 (SixOy), 이들에 질소가 도핑된 화합물 및 이들 중 두 가지 이상을 포함하는 복합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 물질 각각 이루어지되, 인접한 쉘 간은 상호 상이한 물질인 것을 특징으로 한다. |
