Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:In the present invention, three new secondary metabolites, actinoflavosides were found in a culture solution of two actinobacteria strains (JML48 and JMS33) isolated from Muan tidal flat sediments in Korea, and the planar structure and steric structure of the actinoflavosides were confirmed by MS, UV and NMR. analysis, DQF-COSY experiment, and modified Mosher method. Actinoflavosides, a new substance identified, exhibited antibacterial activity, significantly increased IL-2 production in mouse spleen cells, reduced IL-4 production and promoted spleen cell proliferation, and thus can be used for effective treatment of cancer or various immune-related diseases as well as antibacterial and bacterial infectious diseases.
