Apparatus and Method for Backwash Sludge Treatment of High-Rate Filtration Process Capable of Recovering Carbon Source

Disclosed is an apparatus for treating backwashing sludge for recovering carbon sources from backwashing sludge generated in a high-rate filtration device and treating sludge, for a sewage and wastewater treatment apparatus comprising the high-rate filtration device. According to one aspect of the present invention, apparatus for treating backwashing sludge of a high-rate filtration process is provided, wherein the apparatus comprises: a pre-treating apparatus for removing sediment materials and adulterations from backwashing sludge; a first reaction tank treating the backwashing sludge which has gone through the pre-treating apparatus to precipitate, concentrate, and ferment the same; a second reaction tank which receives sludge discharged from the first reaction tank and/or backwashing sludge which has gone through the pre-treating unit to precipitate the same to separate into a sedimentation sludge and overlying water; and a control unit which controls the operations of each configuration inside the apparatus for treating backwashing sludge. 고속여과장치가 포함된 오·폐수 처리장치에 대하여, 고속여과장치에서 발생한 역세슬러지로부터 탄소원을 회수하고 슬러지를 처리하기 위한 역세슬러지 처리장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 의하면, 고속여과공정의 역세슬러지를 처리하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 역세슬러지로부터 침사물질 및 협잡물을 제거하기 위한 전처리 장치와 상기 전처리부를 거친 역세슬러지를 침전/농축/발효 처리하는 제1 반응조와 상기 제1 반응조에서 배출된 슬러지 및/또는 상기 전처리부를 거친 역세슬러지를 유입받아 침전시켜 침전슬러지와 상등수로 분리하는 제2 반응조 및 상기 역세슬러지 처리장치 내의 각 구성의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속여과공정의 역세슬러지 처리장치를 제공한다.
