| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a winding wire and frame integrated mold transformer and more specifically, relates to the winding wire and frame integrated mold transformer that removes an upper part/lower part coil support block fixed to an upper part/lower part frame of a conventional art, is configured with a main body, an upper part frame that supports an iron core, and a lower part frame coupled to the main body and seated on the ground, and is formed to improve a cooling capacity, reduce cost, and improve a performance of a transformer by being equipped with a fixing part (400), a winding wire insulating layer (500), and a cooling circuit (600).
본 발명은 권선 및 프레임 일체형 몰드변압기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 종래기술의 상부/하부 프레임에 고정되어 있던 상부/하부코일 지지 블록을 제거하고, 본체; 철심을 지지해 주는 상부 프레임; 본체와 결합하여 지면에 안착하는 하부 프레임; 으로 구성되며 고정부(400), 권선 절연층(500) 및 냉각 순환로(600)를 갖추어 냉각능력 향상, 원가절감 및 변압기의 성능향상을 위하여 형성된 권선 및 프레임 일체형 몰드변압기에 관한 것이다. |
