REEL BOBBIN TRANSFER JIG FOR BATTERY

The present invention relates to a reel bobbin transfer jig for a battery promoting assembling, productivity, and convenience through the prompt and safe operation with a simple structure by completely preventing a reel bobbin (R) from detaching through an elevating/lowering stopper (60) being always elevated to a top hole (13a) while being supported by a rear stack (50) by elasticity of a vertical spring (S1) set on an under support (40) in case the reel bobbin (R) is inserted to a pipe (13) to assure safety when being transferred along a conveyor, assuring prompt separation of the reel bobbin (R) by enduring elasticity of the vertical spring (S1) and being lowered from the top hole (13a) while enduring elasticity of a horizontal spring (S2) caused by pushing of a push button (70) during changing of the reel bobbin (R) to be reversed and allowing the elevating/lowering stopper (60) to be supported by the rear stack (50). 본 발명은 파이프(13)에 릴보빈(R)이 끼워질 경우 언더받침바(40)의 상단에 세팅된 수직스프링(S1)의 탄성을 받아 후방뭉치(50)에 지지되면서 탑홀(13a)로 상시 상승되는 승강스토퍼(60)에 의해 릴보빈(R)의 이탈을 철저히 방지토록 하여 컨베이어를 따라 이송될 때 안전을 보장케 하고, 릴보빈(R)의 교체시 푸시버튼(70)의 누름에 의해 수평스프링(S2)의 탄성을 이겨내면서 후진되어 승강스토퍼(60)로 하여금 후방뭉치(50)에 의해 지지되면서 수직스프링(S1)의 탄성을 이겨내고 탑홀(13a)로부터 하강토록 하여 릴보빈(R)의 신속한 분리를 보장케 하여, 간단한 구조와 함께 신속 안전한 동작으로 조립성, 생산성 및 편리성을 도모할 수 있도록 한 배터리용 릴보빈 이송지그에 관한 발명이다.
