Zusammenfassung: | A powder painting system including a laser blast for a carbon emission reduction type painting process, according to the present invention, comprises: a laser blast device (100) which treats a surface of an object (50) to be painted; a paint spraying device (10) which applies powder paint to the surface of the object to be painted that has passed through the laser blast device (100); a heating device (20) which heats the object to be painted applied with the powder paint; a drying device (30) which dries the object to be painted that has passed through the heating device (20); and a conveyor device (40) which circulates the object to be painted through the paint spraying device (10), the heating device (20), and the drying device (30), wherein the laser blast device forms a vertical inclination angle (A) such that a laser can be irradiated in response to the inclination of the object to be painted that is moved along the conveyor device.
본 발명에 따른 탄소배출 저감형 도장 공정의 레이저블라스트를 포함하는 분체도장시스템은 피도물(50)의 표면을 처리하는 레이저블라스트장치(100); 상기 레이저블라스트장치(100)를 거친 피도물의 표면에 분체도료를 도포시키는 도료분사장치(10); 상기 분체도료가 도포된 피도물을 가열하는 가열장치(20); 상기 가열장치(20)를 통과한 피도물을 건조시키는 건조장치(30); 상기 피도물을 상기 도료분사장치(10), 가열장치(20) 및 건조장치(30)를 경유하도록 순환시키는 컨베이어장치(40);를 포함하고, 상기 레이저블라스트장치가 수직경사각(A)을 형성하기 때문에, 컨베이어장치를 따라 이동되는 피도물의 기울어짐에 대응하여 레이저를 조사할 수 있는 장점이 있다. |
