A slide board apparatus for posture correction according to the invention comprises: a base body (100) resting on the ground; and a slide body (200) mounted on top of the base body (100) and moved along a longitudinal direction of said base body (100), wherein the base body (100) forms an angle of inclination (A) in a front-to-back direction with respect to the ground, and the slide body (200) is moved in a front-to-back direction along said angle of inclination (A) of the base body (100).
