Zusammenfassung: | A method for setting an allowable range of a lab by using a mixed standard deviation according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an average value and standard deviation calculating step of calculating an average value and a standard deviation of measured values through statistical processing after obtaining measured values for reagents having at least two different manufacturing numbers; a mixed standard deviation calculating step of calculating a mixed standard deviation of the reagents; a mixed standard deviation applying step of replacing the standard deviation calculated in the average value and standard deviation calculating step with the mixed standard deviation calculated in the mixed standard deviation calculating step; and a lab target registering step of registering the calculated average value and the calculated mixed standard deviation as a lab target for setting the allowable range of the lab.
본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 혼합 표준편차를 활용한 검사실 허용범위 설정 방법은, 적어도 둘 이상의 서로 다른 제조번호를 갖는 시약들에 대한 측정값들을 획득한 후, 통계 처리하여 상기 측정값들의 평균값 및 표준편차를 산출하는, 평균값 및 표준편차 산출 단계; 상기 시약들의 혼합 표준편차를 산출하는, 혼합 표준편차 산출 단계; 상기 평균값 및 표준편차 산출 단계에서 산출된 상기 표준편차를 상기 혼합 표준편차 산출 단계에서 산출된 상기 혼합 표준편차로 대체 적용하는, 혼합 표준편차 적용 단계; 및 산출된 상기 평균값과 산출된 상기 혼합 표준편차를 검사실의 허용범위를 설정하기 위한 랩 타겟(lab target)으로 등록하는, 랩 타겟 등록 단계;를 포함한다. |
