Current Measuring Apparatus of Multi-point Valve of Purification Plant for Technology Inspection and Method thereof

According to the present invention, a current measurement device of a water treatment plant multipoint valve using a hook meta for technology inspection comprises: a hook meta part that measures a current in each power part of an electric motor controlling an actuator driving each of 1 to N valves installed at 1 to N points such as water treatment plant filter paper, and transmits the measured 1 to N piece/pieces of current information to a device box part; a device box part that receives the 1 to n piece/pieces of current information flowing to each valve-related motor measured by the hook meta through n ports and provides the current information through a display part, transmits the 1 to n piece/pieces of current information flowing to each motor controlling the actuator driving the 1 to n valves to a management server, and has a USB port for transmitting the stored information to the outside; and a management server that receives and stores the 1 to n piece/pieces of current information from the device box part in real time via wired or wireless, tracks the stored information over time, and determines whether the valve part is abnormal by comparing the same with the set diagnostic criteria and provides the same. 본 발명 기술 진단을 위한 후크 메타를 이용한 수처리장 다포인트 밸브의 전류 측정 장치는 수처리장 여과지 같은 1 내지 n 포인트에 설치되는 1 내지 n개의 밸브를 각각 구동하는 액튜에이터를 제어하는 각 전동기의 각 전원부에 전류를 측정하고 측정된 1 내지 n개의 전류 정보를 디바이스 박스부로 전송하는 후크 메타부와, 후크 메타로부터 측정된 각 밸브 관련 전동기에 흐르는 1 내지 n의 전류 정보를 n개의 포트부를 통하여 수신하고 표시부를 통하여 제공하며 1 내지 n 개의 밸브를 구동하는 액튜에이터를 제어하는 각 전동기에 흐르는 1 내지 n개의 전류정보를 관리 서버로 전송하며 저장된 정보를 외부로 전송하는 USB 포트가 구비되는 디바이스 박스부와, 디바이스 박스부로부터 유무선으로 1 내지 n개의 전류정보 실시간으로 수신하여 저장하고, 저장된 정보를 시간에 따라 추적하여 설정된 진단 기준과 비교하여 밸브부의 이상 여부를 판단하고 제공하는 관리 서버로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
