Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rack housing part-integrated subframe, and more specifically, to a rack housing part-integrated subframe comprising: a body part formed by die casting and including a front surface, a rear surface, an upper surface for connecting the front surface and the rear surface, side surfaces, and a lower opened surface; a rack housing body part connected to the upper surface and formed to be integrated with the body part; front arm mounting parts formed on both end sides of the front surface, respectively to be integrated with the body part during die casting; rear arm mounting parts formed on both end sides of the rear surface, respectively to be integrated with the body part during die casting; and a coupling member manufactured separately to be coupled to both ends of the rack housing body part. Therefore, provided is a rack housing part-integrated subframe capable of minimizing a rise in material costs compared with an increase in weight.
본 발명은 랙하우징 부분 일체형 서브프레임에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다이캐스팅을 통해 성형되고, 전방면과 후방면, 상기 전방면과 후방면을 연결하는 상부면과 측면과, 하부 개방면을 포함하는 바디부; 상기 상부면에 연결되어 상기 바디부와 일체로 구성되는 랙하우징 몸체부; 상기 전방면 양단측 각각에 다이캐스팅시 상기 바디부에 일체로 형성되는 전방 암 마운팅부와, 상기 후방면 양단측 각각에 다이캐스팅시 상기 바디부에 일체로 형성되는 후방 암 마운팅부; 및 각각이 별물로 제작되어 상기 랙하우징 몸체부 양단에 체결되는 체결부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 랙하우징 부분 일체형 서브프레임. 에 관한 것이다. |
